摘要:

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎
(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID19,以下简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情下不同等级疫情地区军人的风险认知规律。方法采用风险认知问卷(Risk Cognitive Questionnaire,RCQ), 于2020年1月26日至2月4日,对来自全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的4 526名青年军人(18~35岁)进行网络调查,分析其在疫情风险区(依各省、市累计确诊人数划分为C1~C5)和距离风险区(依据各省市中心离武汉的空间直线距离划分为D1~D5)的变化规律。结果①不同疫情风险区军人风险认知各因子得分差异具有统计学意义(F=22.399,P<0.001);随疫情风险区等级的降低,青年军人RCQ得分呈反“N”型(P<0.01)。②不同距离风险区青年军人风险认知各因子得分差异具有统计学意义(F=15.729,P<0.01);随距离的增加,青年军人RCQ得分呈逐渐下降的变化趋势(P<0.05)。③性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻对不同风险区青年军人RCQ得分影响显著(P<0.01,0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情早期,青年军人风险认知水平随疫情风险区等级的降低和空间距离的增加呈下降趋势。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics of risk perception of military personnel in different areas during the early stage of COVID19 outbreak. MethodsWe conducted an online survey of risk perception using Risk Cognitive Questionnaire (RCQ) among 4 526 young (18 to 35 years of age) military officers and soldiers serving in 31 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities between January 26th to February 4th, 2020. The difference in risk perception was analyzed among the individuals from different geographic regions with varying epidemic risks (grades C1~C5 according to the cumulative number of confirmed cases in each province and city) and distances from the risk area (grades D1~D5 according to the straight distance to Wuhan). ResultsThe factor scores of RCQ varied significantly among the military personnel serving in regions with different grades of epidemic risk (F=22.399, P<0.001). With the reduction of the grade of epidemic risk, the changes in RCQ scores of the surveyed participants presented with an inverted Nshaped curve (P<0.01). The RCQ scores also varied significantly with the distance from the risk areas (F=15.729, P<0.01), and as the distance from the risk area increased, the RCQ scores of the participants showed a gradual downward trend (P<0.05). Gender, age, education and marital status all significantly affected RCQ scores of the participants in different areas (P<0.01 or 0.05). ConclusionIn the early stage of COVID19 outbreak, the level of risk perception among young military personnel is decreased gradually with the decrease of the grade of local risk and the increase of distance from the epicenter of the outbreak.
