摘要:

实战化训练是提高军事训练质量的有效途径。防化医学作为三防医学的重要组成部分,在部队的建制和训练中都处于防御大规模杀伤性武器的核心地位。防化医学乃至三防医学的实战化训练首先应建立完善的规章、指南、条例及相应的管理机制。教官队伍、训练模式、训练安全和训练评估是实战化训练中需要注意的关键问题,可以通过调研外军和国际组织实战化训练现况,着力提升我军卫勤保障的实战化训练效果。

Abstract:

Scenario-based training (SBT) is an effective means to improve the quality of military training. Chemical defense medicine, as an integral element in chemical, biological radiological and nuclear (CBRN) defense, plays a pivotal role in the organization and training of military forces to counteract weapons of massive destruction. SBT for chemical defense medicine, and CBRN defense medicine as well, should establish specific regulations, guidelines, doctrines and corresponding administration mechanisms. Special attention should be paid to the key issues in SBT, including the coaching staff and the methods, safety and evaluation of training. Investigation of the practices of SBT in foreign armies and international organizations will help to improve the quality of SBT for health service support of our military forces.
