摘要:

目的观察飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术中,术前使用和不使用非甾体类抗炎药预处理对糖尿病患者瞳孔直径的影响。方法将本院2018年1月至2019年2月接受飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的80名患者分为2组,其中糖尿病患者40眼,无糖尿病患者40眼。各组患者再依据随机数字表法分为两组(每组20眼),其中使用非甾体类抗炎药为试验组(0.1%普拉洛芬,术前1 d,4次/d),未使用非甾体类抗炎药为对照组。观察飞秒激光术后30 min内不同时间点瞳孔直径变化。结果飞秒激光处理后30 min内,所有患者的瞳孔直径较术前呈先增大后减小的小范围波动。在飞秒激光术后30 min内各时间点,无论有无糖尿病,0.1%普拉洛芬预处理对患者瞳孔直径的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。未使用0.1%普拉洛芬预处理的对照组患者,术后各时间点有糖尿病与无糖尿病组间瞳孔直径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普拉洛芬预处理对合并糖尿病飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术患者瞳孔直径的影响不大。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of preoperative application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on pupil diameter (PD) in diabetic patients during femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS). MethodsA total of 80 patients (40 diabetic patients and 40 patients with normal blood glucose) who underwent FLACS in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were prospectively recruited in this study. The 40 eyes of the diabetic patients and 40 eyes from the non-diabetic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (20 eyes in each group). Those receiving 0.1% pranoprofen (4 times per day, in 1 d before surgery) served as the trial group, and those without such pretreatment as the control group. The PD at each time point within 30 min after FLACS was observed. ResultsWithin 30 min after FLACS, PD was increased firstly and then decreased in all the patients, with in a small range when compared to the pre-operative value. At the observed time points within 30 min, there was no obvious difference in PD between the patients receiving pranoprofen pretreatment but with diabetes and not, and between those without pranoprofen pretreatment but with diabetes and not (P>0.05). ConclusionPranoprofen pretreatment shows no effect on PD in diabetic patients undergoing FLACS.
