摘要:

目的    探索单支锉系统WaveOne、Reciproc和传统镍钛系统ProTaper对根管根尖微渗漏的影响。方法     分别采用WaveOne、Reciproc和ProTaper预备根管,采用热牙胶连续波技术充填根管。染色,制作透明牙后,显微镜下测量根尖染料渗入深度,记录并统计分析。结果    Reciproc组染料渗入深度为(2.88±0.16)mm,WaveOne组为(2.89±0.22)mm,ProTaper组为(2.92±0.19)mm。3组间两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论    WaveOne组、Reciproc组和ProTaper组均能达到同样的根管封闭效果。从提高操作效率和减少根管偏移的角度,建议使用WaveOne和Reciproc系统;从切削能力更强,能有效避免牙本质碎屑被推出根尖孔的角度,推荐使用Reciproc系统。

Abstract:

Objective    To determine the effects of 3 kinds of nickel titanium instruments, WaveOne and Reciproc (both are single-file reciprocating system), and Pro Taper (traditional nickel titanium system) on apical microleakage of root canal filling materials. Methods    After root canal preparations were made by WaveOne, Reciproc and ProTaper respectively, warm gutta-percha obturation technique was used to fill root canals. All tooth samples were stained and made to transparent teeth, and the depth of dye from apices was measured and recorded under a dental microscopy. The results were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results    The depth of dye from apices was 2.88±0.16 mm in the Reciproc group, 2.89±0.22 mm in the WaveOne group, and 2.92±0.19 mm in the ProTaper group. There were no significant difference in the depth between any 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion    All WaveOne, Reciproc and ProTaper systems can achieve similar effect for root canal sealing. But, WaveOne and Reciproc systems are recommended because of their high efficiency and accuracy to reduce root canal migration. Reciproc is superior to the other 2 systems because of its better cutting ability to avoid pushing dentin scraping out of apical foramen.
