摘要:

目的     评价新型国产BR850电子挥发罐测量法监测七氟烷消耗量液态体积的效果。方法     选择本院2016年1月至2017年6月静吸复合全身麻醉下行妇科腔镜手术患者79名,于Boaray700麻醉机上加载国产BR850电子挥发罐。采用测量法测算术中吸入七氟烷的液态体积,并与传统公式法、称重法进行比较,采用线性回归分析两两之间七氟烷消耗量的相关性。结果     公式法、称重法、测量法测得七氟烷消耗量分别为(33.18±14.06)、(33.87±14.41)、(33.89±14.33)mL,三者两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3种方法两两比较七氟烷消耗量的决定系数R2:称重法与公式法为0.977(P<001),称重法与测量法为 0.992(P<0.01),公式法与测量法为 0.970(P<0.01),三者之间均存在正相关。结论     新型国产BR850电子挥发罐监测术中七氟烷消耗量液态体积与称重法、公式法效果相当,可满足我国精准化医疗的需求。

Abstract:

Objective     To test the performance of a new model (BR850) of vaporizer equipped with an electronic liquid level sensor for monitoring the liquid volume of sevoflurane consumption. Methods     Seventy-nine patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia at our hospital between January 2016 and June 2017 were enrolled to evaluate the performance of the BR850 vaporizer loaded on a Boaray700 anesthesia machine. The liquid volume of sevoflurane consumption measured using the electronic liquid level sensor was compared with the measurements calculated using an established formula and derived from weight changes of the vaporizer, and the correlations among the measurements were analyzed. Results     The mean sevoflurane consumption measured using the formula, by vaporizer weight changes and using the electronic sensor was 33.18±14.06, 33.87±14.41, and 33.89±14.33 mL, respectively. The coefficient of determination (R2) of sevoflurane consumption measurements was 0.977 (P<0.01) between the weighing method and formula method, 0.992 (P<0.01) between the weighing method and the electronic method, and 0.970 (P<0.01) between the formula method and the electronic method, showing a positive correlation among the measurements using the 3 methods. Conclusion     Compared with the weighing method and the formula method, the electronic method using a liquid level sensor in the vaporizer yields comparable results for measuring sevoflurane consumption during general anesthesia. This new vaporizer can well meet the demand of precision medical treatment in China.
