摘要:
目的    探讨密闭舱室内大鼠胸部对不同大小爆炸冲击波的动力学响应过程,分析胸壁的粘弹性运动过程及其与伤情间的关系。    方法    在密闭舱室内用不同当量的点爆源爆炸对大鼠致伤,采用REDLAKE-HE高速摄影机观察胸壁的运动情况,记录冲击波超压,分析大鼠损伤的伤情。    结果    胸部变形量、胸壁向内最大速度与损伤严重程度指数ASⅡ有一定的相关性(r=0.967 78,P=0.032 22;r=0.968 81,P=0.031 19)。胸壁运动对内部器官造成损伤机制主要是粘性损伤机制。    结论    胸壁的变形运动过程是造成胸部损伤的关键因素之一。密闭舱室内胸壁向内最大速度与损伤严重程度指数ASⅡ有较好的相关关系,是预测冲击伤伤情的可靠参数。
Abstract:
Objective    To explore the dynamic response of rat chest wall to different blast waves and its relationship with the injury severity in closed chamber.     Methods    Different spherical explosives with different explosive energies equal to 80, 200, 400 or 600 mg TNT were used to produce blast waves to 4 groups of rats (n=10) respectively in a closed chamber. All rats were anesthetized and with their chest placed 11.5 cm from the detonator. A REDLAKE-HE high-speed camera was used to record the movement of chest wall and the over-pressure of blast wave. The rat injury were analyzed with adjusted severity of injury index (ASⅡ) and light and electron microscopy.     Results    Chest deformation, and the highest speed of chest wall inward were correlated with ASⅡ (r=0.967 78, P=0.032 22; r=0.968 81, P=0.031 19). Thoracic organs injury due to inward motion of chest wall was viscous damage by blast wave.     Conclusion    The movement of chest wall appears to be one of the major factors causing the thoracic injuries. The highest speed of chest wall inward is well correlated with ASⅡ, and is a reliable parameter to indicate the shock injury severity.
