摘要:
目的 研究核转录因子κB ( nuclear transcription factor kappα,NF-κB)及其靶基因bcl-xL在口腔鳞癌引流淋巴结(炎性淋巴结、转移性淋巴结)中的表达及意义。  方法 将所选口腔鳞癌病例引流淋巴结石蜡标本按病检结果分为炎性淋巴结组、转移性淋巴结组,应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测NF-κB (p65)及bcl-xL在两组间的表达差异。  结果 NF-κB (p65)在炎性淋巴结、转移性淋巴结中的阳性表达率分别为30.8%、76.9%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01);bcl-xL在炎性淋巴结、转移性淋巴结中的阳性表达率分别为33.3%、73.1%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。  结论 口腔鳞癌引流淋巴结从炎性淋巴结向转移性淋巴结的转变可能和NF-κB、bcl-xL表达变化有关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the expressions and the significance of NF-κB and its target gene bcl-xL in the draining lymph nodes of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).   Methods Thirteen paraffin specimens of draining lymph nodes were divided into inflammatory lymph nodes and metastatic lymph nodes by pathological diagnosis. Immunohistochemistry (S-P method) was used to detect the expressions of NF-κB (p65) and bcl-xL.   Results The positive rate of NF-κB (p65) was 30.8% in inflammatory lymph nodes, 76.9% in metastatic lymph nodes (P<0.01). The positive rate of bcl-xL was 33.3% in inflammatory lymph nodes, 73.1% in metastatic lymph nodes (P<0.01).   Conclusion The progression from inflammatory lymph nodes of OSCC to metastatic ones may involve the expressions of NF-κB and bcl-xL.
