摘要:
目的  评估腔镜内乳淋巴结清扫在乳腺癌中的应用。 方法   对38例女性乳腺癌患者经胸腔施行腔镜内乳淋巴结清扫术,观察清除内乳淋巴结数目,并与传统术式比较。 结果  38例患者均成功施行腔镜内乳淋巴结清扫术,分别清除0~8枚内乳淋巴结,平均每例清除(3.30±2.33)枚,与传统术式无明显差别(P>0.05)。 结论  腔镜内乳淋巴结清扫术作为一种新的有用的选择,适合于高度怀疑或确诊内乳淋巴结转移且无禁忌证的乳腺癌患者。
Abstract:
Objective    To estimate thoracoscopic internal mammary nodes dissection in breast cancer.      Methods    Thoracoscopic internal mammary nodes dissection was performed in 38 female patients with breast cancer. The number of removed internal mammary nodes was compared between thoracoscopic and extrapleural internal mammary nodes dissection.     Results    A total of 38 patients underwent successful thoracoscopic surgery. The average number of removed internal mammary nodes was (3.30±2.33) (range from 0 to 8). There were no distinctive differences in the number between two procedures.     Conclusion    Thoracoscopic internal mammary nodes dissection is a new operation and eligible for breast cancer patients with highly suspicious or confirmed internal mammary nodes metastasis.
