摘要:
目的  探讨耐药基因蛋白P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ在食管鳞状细胞癌及正常食管组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。 方法  应用免疫组织化学方法检测144例手术切除的食管鳞状细胞癌组织和30例正常食管组织中P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ的表达。 结果  P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ的表达与患者年龄、性别、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及浸润深度无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤的分化程度有关,高分化、中分化和低分化鳞癌组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论  食管鳞状细胞癌耐药由多种耐药基因共同参与,联合检测多项耐药相关蛋白表达,对指导临床化疗药物选择具有意义。
Abstract:
Objective    To investigate the expression of P-gp , GST-π, and TopoⅡ, as well as its relationship with clinical pathologic characteristics of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.     Methods    Totally 144 tissue samples of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma and 30 normal esophagus tissues were examined for the expression of P-gp, GST-π, and TopoⅡby immunohistochemistry.     Results    The expression of P-gp, GST-π, and TopoⅡwas not associated with patients′  age, gender, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, and infiltration depth but with cellular differentiation. On this aspect, there was significant difference among well- , moderately, or poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinomas (P<0.05) .     Conclusion    P-gp, GST-π, and TopoⅡ play an important role in multidrug resistance.  Detecting the expression of P-gp, GST-π, and TopoⅡ has an important significance in chemotherapy for esophagus squamous cell carcinoma.
