摘要:
目的    在视觉发育可塑性关键期内,探讨MK-801对大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP)的影响。    方法    对出生后14 d和28 d正常和MK-801处理的大鼠进行F-VEP检查。    结果    正常组大鼠生后28 d和14 d相比较,F-VEP主波的潜伏期缩短、振幅增高(P<0.05);MK-801处理大鼠与同天龄正常组大鼠相比较,F-VEP主波的潜伏期较长(P<0.05)。    结论    在视觉发育可塑性关键期内,MK-801影响了大鼠F-VEP的经验依赖性变化。
Abstract:
Objective    To investigate the effects of MK-801 on the rat F-VEPs during the critical period of visual plasticity.     Methods    We performed the F-VEPs examination in the normal Long Evans rats and the MK-801 treated rats on their postnatal days 14 and 28.     Results    After eye-opening, the latency of F-VEP main wave became shorter (P<0.05) and the amplitude of F-VEP main wave became longer (P<0.05) in the normal rats with age. On postnatal day 28, the MK-801 treated rats had the longer latency than the normal rat.      Conclusion    During the critical period of visual development, MK-801 delays the maturation of rat F-VEPs.
