摘要:
目的     探讨螺旋环螺旋基因家族(helix-loop-helix, HLH )成员DNA结合抑制因子2 (inhibitor of DNA binding 2, Id2)在大鼠脊髓中的表达。     方法     Zambonis 液灌注固定大鼠脊髓组织,切片进行免疫组织化学(ABC法) 染色。     结果     Id2免疫阳性细胞在脊髓中广泛分布, 在Ⅰ~Ⅲ板层及Ⅸ板层Id2主要在细胞核表达,细胞质表达少。Ⅳ~Ⅷ板层细胞质及细胞核均有Id2表达。从Ⅳ到Ⅷ板层, Id2细胞质阳性细胞体积逐渐增大,染色较深。     结论     Id2广泛分布在大鼠脊髓灰质各个板层,不同板层中Id2的细胞定位不同,可能分布于不同类型的细胞中。
Abstract:
Objective     To investigate the expression of the helix-loop-helix (HLH) transcription factor Id2 (inhibitor of DNA binding-2) in spinal cord of adult rats.      Methods     Immunohistochemistry was performed on the sections of spinal cord of rats perfused with Zambonis.      Results     The positive Id2-immunoreactive cells distributed in the spinal cord extensively. In lamina Ⅰ-Ⅲ, the expression of Id2 was predominantly in nucleus and few in cytoplasm, the same as lamina Ⅸ. In lamina Ⅳ-Ⅷ, positive Id2 immunoreactivity was present in both cytoplasm and nucleus. The volume of positive cells was larger and their staining got deeper from lamina Ⅳ to lamina Ⅷ gradually.       Conclusion     Id2 protein is widely distributed in grey matter of spinal cord of rats. The cellular location of Id2 different in laminas might be associated with cell type.
