目的     探讨急进高原驻训军人不同任务阶段正负性情绪变化特点与人格特征的关系。方法    采用正负性情绪量表(positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)和艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck personality questionnaire,EPQ),对700名急进高海拔高原驻训军人进行纵向动态追踪测评,分析其正负性情绪变化特点与人格特征之间的关系。对正负情绪量表进行同质性检测,同质性信度(Cronbach’s α系数)为0.94,斯皮尔曼分半信度在0.936,说明适用于急进高原驻训军人的测评。结果     ①急进高海拔高原驻训军人负性情绪因子得分呈现显著的阶段差异(P<0.01)。②内地集结期,正性情绪因子得分外向型军人显著高于内向型军人(P<0.05),负性情绪因子得分内向型军人显著高于外向型军人(P<0.05)。③内地集结期,正性情绪因子得分情绪稳定型和中间型军人显著高于情绪不稳定型军人,负性情绪因子得分情绪不稳定型军人显著高于情绪稳定型和中间型军人(P<0.05)。结论     急进高海拔高原驻训军人正负性情绪变化与人格特征存在密切关系,性格外向和情绪稳定军人多以正性情绪为主,阶段变化不显著;性格内向和情绪不稳定军人更容易产生负性情绪,阶段变化显著。

Abstract:

Objective      To investigate the relationship of positive-negative emotional characteristics and personality characteristics in officers and soldiers during different periods marching from plain to plateau for military training. Methods     Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were used to survey 700 enrolled officers and soldiers who were used to station at a plain area and then traveled into a plateau area for training. The surveys were carried out in the 4 periods, that is, recruitment, plateau acclimatization and training, and back to the station. The correlation between positive-negative emotion characteristics and personality characteristics was analyzed. PANAS items analysis indicated that the Cronbach α coefficient was 0.96, and the split-half reliability was 0.936, indicating that PANAS had high reliability and discrimination for the participants. Results     ① There were significant differences in the scores of negative emotional factors in the participants among different periods (P<0.01). ②In the recruitment period, the scores of positive emotional factors were significantly higher in the extroverted than the introverted participants (P<0.05), but those of the negative emotional factors were obviously higher in the introverted than the extroverted ones (P<0.05). ③In the recruitment period, the scores of positive emotional factors were significantly higher in the emotionally stable and midoriented participants than those unstable. But the emotionally unstable participants had remarkably higher scores of negative emotional factors than the stable and midoriented ones (P<0.05). Conclusion      There is a close relationship between positive and negative emotional changes and personality characteristics in the officers and soldiers traveling into plateau for military training. The extroverted and emotionally stable participants mainly have positive emotions, with no significant differences among different periods. While, the introverted and emotional unstable participants are prone to negative emotion, and obvious varieties are seen in different periods.
