摘要:

目的     评价超声洁牙术后使用护牙素和氟保护漆的联合干预措施促进牙釉质表面形态复原的作用。方法收集因正畸拔除的健康前磨牙,采用简单随机方法分成4组。进行超声洁治后,分别不进行干预(无干预组),进行氟保护漆干预(氟保护漆组),涂布护牙素干预(护牙素组),用护牙素联合氟保护漆进行干预(氟保护漆+护牙素组)。然后在不同时间段进行扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态,测定釉质表面粗糙度并进行外源性染色观察。结果扫描电镜可观察到超声洁治后,各组牙釉质表面见深浅不一的划痕,干预后釉质表面超微结构都有改善,其中氟保护漆组、护牙素组和二者联合组改善较无干预组明显,而联合组改善最为明显;粗糙度测试显示,各组的粗糙度值随时间逐渐降低,其中干预组下降较明显,5 d后,联合干预组较单独干预组的粗糙度值下降更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外源性染色观察牙面着色,干预组比无干预组着色浅,在干预的3组中,护牙素联合氟保护漆组的术区着色最浅;牙面染色的定量分析可知,外源性染色前后比较,各干预组牙面的染色数值较染色前增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中联合干预组较其他3组的染色的差异值最小。 结论护牙素联合氟保护漆比单独使用其中之一能更好地促进超声洁牙后牙釉质表面形态的复原,适宜在临床上推广应用。
 

Abstract:

Objective      To determine the effect of GC tooth mousse and fluoride protector on the recovery of the enamel ultrasonic scaling. Methods      The extracted healthy teeth for orthodontic treatment were divided into the 4 groups, that is, group A (non-intervention), group B (fluoride protector), group C (tooth mousse), group D (tooth mouse and fluoride protector), with 5 teeth in each group. After ultrasonic scaling, the teeth of the 4 groups were given corresponding interventions. Then enamel surface roughness was tested using a profilometer, followed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and extrinsic dental staining.  Results     Various scratches was observed on the enamel surface in all the teeth of 4 groups after ultrasonic scaling, and the ultrastructure was improved in all the intervention groups. Obvious differences were seen in the fluoride protector, tooth mousse, and the combination groups when compared with the control, with the combination group most significant. Surface roughness test showed that the roughness was decreased in all the groups, and more obvious in the intervention groups. In 5 d later, the roughness was decreased significantly in the combination group when compared with the single intervention group (P<0.05). Extrinsic staining indicated that the intervention groups had a lighter colouration than the control group, and the combination group had the lightest colouration among the 3 intervention groups. Tooth surface staining quantitative analysis showed that there were more dyeing on the tooth surface in the intervention groups (P<0.05), and the difference was less in the combination group.  Conclusion     Tooth mousse combined with fluoride protector is superior to the single application in the recovery of the enamel after ultrasonic scaling, and is worthy of extensive application in clinical practice.
