摘要:
目的      评价UGT2B15基因D85Y(D85 to Y85)多态性和前列腺癌之间的相关性。      方法      通过检索Pubmed、Embase、CBM数据库,对符合纳入标准的文章,使用优势比(ORs)和95%的可信区间(95% CI)进行相关性评价。采用Begg检验和Egger检验对各项研究的发表偏倚进行分析。      结果      Meta分析中共纳入6篇文章(病例组817例,对照组1 000 例),检测显示UGT2B15基因D85Y多态性和前列腺癌具有显著的相关性(Additive模型: OR=0.72, 95% CI=0.58-0.89; Dominant模型: OR=0.53, 95% CI=0.35-0.81; Recessive模型: OR=0.77, 95% CI=0.61-0.98; YY vs DD基因型: OR=0.53, 95% CI=0.32-0.88; YD vs DD基因型: OR=0.55, 95% CI=0.35-0.86)。      结论      UGT2B15基因Y85可能是前列腺癌的保护因素。
Abstract:
Objective      To assess the association between UDP glucuronosyl transferase 2 family, polypeptide B15 (UGT2B15) gene D85Y polymorphism and prostate cancer.       Methods      By searching PubMed, Embase, and CBM databases, all of the eligible studies which conformed to our inclusion criteria were harvested. Odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to assess the strength of the association. Begg’s and Egger’s tests were used to evaluate publication bias.       Results      A total of 6 articles (817 cases and 1 000 controls) were analyzed in our study. On the whole, significant associations between UGT2B15 gene D85Y polymorphism and prostate cancer were found in all genetic models (additive model: OR=0.72, 95% CI=0.58 to 0.89; dominant model: OR=0.53, 95% CI=0.35 to 0.81; recessive model: OR=0.77, 95% CI=0.61 to 0.98; YY vs DD genotype: OR=0.53, 95% CI=0.32 to 0.88; YD vs DD genotype: OR=0.55, 95% CI=0.35 to 0.86).       Conclusion      UGT2B15 Y85 might be a protective factor against prostate cancer.
