摘要:
目的      了解重庆地区健康人群维生素D(VitD)营养状况。      方法       用串联质谱分析仪检测送检人员血清25-羟维生素D[25(OH)VitD]水平,据此确定VitD营养状况。随机抽取重庆金域医学检验所从2012年1-8月的体检健康人员共3 875例,3~71岁。按年龄分为≤14岁儿童组(657例)、15~44岁青壮年组(3 019例)和≥45岁中老年组(199例)3组,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据分析。      结果      年龄≤14岁组的25(OH)VitD水平严重缺乏、缺乏、不足、正常、过量所占的比例分别为1.52%、19.03%、9.44%、70.02%和0%;15~44岁组水平缺乏、不足、正常、过量的比例分别为60.09%、27.59%、12.32%和0%;≥45岁组水平缺乏、不足、正常、过量的比例分别为84.92%、13.07%、2.01%和0%。15~44岁组和≥45岁组女性25(OH)VitD平均水平均较男性低,缺乏的女性人数较男性所占比例高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而≤14岁组男女间差异无统计学意义;≥45岁组与15~44岁组相比,25(OH)VitD平均水平随着年龄增加而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。      结论       重庆地区人群VitD不同程度缺乏,女性缺乏所占比例较男性高,儿童有严重缺乏。
Abstract:
Objective      To investigate the nutritional status of Vitamin D (VitD) among the normal population in Chongqing.       Methods      Three thousand eight hundred and seventy-five health people with age from 3 to 71 years, who were collected from Chongqing Kingmed Diagnostics from January to August 2012 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into 3 groups according to their age, that is, ≤14-year-old group (n=657), 15- to 44-year-year-old group (n=3 019), and ≥45-year-old group (n=199). Their serum level of 25 (OH) VitD was detected by API4000Lc-MS/MS. Software SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis.       Results      In ≤14-year-old group, the ratios of those with VitD severe deficiency, deficiency, insufficient, normal, and excess were 1.52%, 19.03%, 9.44%, 70.02% and 0%, respectively. In the 15- to 44-year-old group, the ratios of 4 later statuses were 60.09%, 27.59%, 12.32% and 0%, respectively, while the ratios were 84.92%, 13.07%, 2.01% and 0% respectively for the ≥45-year-old group. In the 2 later groups, the females had lower level of VitD than the males, and had higher ratio of VitD deficiency at the same time (P<0.01), but no such difference was found in the ≤14-year-old group. The average serum level of VitD was decreased along with the increase of age in the ≥45-year-old group compared with the 15- to 44-year-year-old group (P<0.01).       Conclusion       The different degree of VitD deficiency exists in the population of Chongqing area (including children). Women have a higher proportion with VitD deficiency. There is roughly equal ratio of VitD deficiency between girls and boys among the children, but the deficiency is serious.
