摘要:
目的      通过Beyond诊室冷光美白术后即刻应用不同浓度、不同作用时间的抗坏血酸钠凝胶对釉质/复合树脂粘接强度的影响分析,确定恢复即刻粘接强度所需的最佳浓度及作用时间。      方法      将80个前磨牙釉面试件按随机数字表法分为8组(A:直接树脂修复;B:Beyond诊室冷光美白后直接树脂修复;C1~C3/D1~D3:Beyond诊室冷光美白术后分别应用10%和20%抗坏血酸钠凝胶作用30、60 min和180 min,再行树脂修复,n=10),分别对各组标本进行抗剪切粘接强度测试(shear bond strength,SBS)和断裂面黏接剂残留指数分析(adhesive remnant index,ARI),确定最佳浓度及作用时间。      结果      SBS测试:B组SBS值明显低于A组(P<0.05),C1~C3/D1~D3逐渐上升,C2、3/D2、3组与B组及C1/D1组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),但C2与C3、D2与D3、C2与D2、C3与D3之间则无统计学差异;ARI值分析:A组与其余各组均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。      结论      Beyond诊室冷光美白术后应用10%抗坏血酸钠凝胶60 min可明显恢复釉质与复合树脂的粘接强度。
Abstract:
Objective      To determine the effect of sodium ascorbate hydrogel on the shear bond strength of enamel to composite resin after Beyond cold-light bleaching.       Methods      According to random number table, 80 specimens were divided into 8 groups (A: no bleaching; B: bleaching, no sodium ascorbate hydrogel; C1-3/D1-3: bleaching and application of 10%/20% sodium ascorbate hydrogel for 30, 60, and 180 min, respectively, n=10). Specimens were bonded with a total etch bonding system and composite resin. They were tested for shear bond strength (SBS). Adhesive remnant index (ARI) were analyzed for optimal concentration of sodium ascorbate hydrogel and reaction time.       Results      SBS of group B were significantly lower than the unbleached group (group A, P<0.05). Sodium ascorbate hydrogel application following bleaching increased the resin-enamel bond strength. There were obvious differences between C2, 3/D2, 3 and B/C1/D1(P<0.05), while there was no statistic  significance between C2 and C3, D2 and D3, C2 and D2, and C3 and D3(P>0.05). While in ARI test, there were obvious difference between group A and the other groups(P<0.05).        Conclusion      Shear bond strength of enamel to composite resin after Beyond cold-light bleaching could be enhanced obviously with the application of 10% sodium ascorbate hydrogel for 60 min.
