摘要:
目的    应用挤出滚圆法制备单硝酸异山梨酯微丸并考虑制备过程中各因素的影响。    方法     利用挤出滚圆法制备微丸,采用L9(34)正交设计试验优化了工艺条件,并考察了微丸的粉体学性质及体外溶出度。    结果    制得的单硝酸异山梨酯微丸圆整度好,大小均匀。体外溶出度在达到95%以上。    结论    制备的微丸符合药用要求,制备工艺简单易行,适合工业化生产。
Abstract:
Objective    To prepare isosorbide mononitrate pellets by extrusion/spheronization and determine the pellets’ properties.     Methods    Isosorbide mononitrate pellets were prepared using extrusion/spheronization method.L9(34)orthogonal design was used to obtain optimal formulation.The micromeritic properties and in vitro dissolution of the pellets were determined.     Results    Isosorbide mononitrate pellets prepared by extrusion/spheronization were all spheral and smooth.In vitro dissolution was more than 95%.     Conclusion    The quality of pellets is excellent. The preparation process is simple and suitable for the industrial production.
